When will I receive my order?
Your order is packaged and shipped out within 3 business days of ordering. Your shipping method will depend on the shipping rate you selected during checkout. Receiving a tracking number will depend on your shipping choice.
What to do if order states "delivered", but I haven’t received it?
It is your responsibility to track your order at the point of delivery. We can't be held responsible for stolen or lost packages once the carrier has indicated they have been delivered.
Before contacting us via email, please make sure you have done the following:
- Please refer to your tracking number. It will state whether your items were delivered to a receptionist, office, or mailbox. Also, check with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address. After these options, please contact the carrier to inquire about the delivery of your package.
- If you believe you have done all of the above and still can't find your package, please email us with your order details. We will respond within 48 business hours.
What to do if my package needs to be returned?
We do not accept returns unless item has arrived damaged. Reports of damage must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery. Please take picture and email us at: sweetsoulsoaps@gmail.com our team will respond within 48 hours.
What to do if order not delivered to correct address?
Sweet Soul Soaps is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if correct address is on shipping label. If you place an order using the wrong address and it has already shipped, we cannot intercept the shipment. If your order is returned to us, “Return to Sender” you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please confirm the address you use is complete and correct before finalizing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. We only exchange items that arrived damaged or defective. Exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance sweetsoulsoaps@gmail.com. Please include name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of item(s).
